Forming 4.0: Big Data - Smart Solutions

The 38th International Deep Drawing Research Group annual conference will be held in Enschede, The Netherlands. It is co-organized by the University of Twente and Tata Steel Europe and as such reflects the strong bonds between academia and industry represented by this conference series.

 All engineering aspects of sheet metal forming are included, such as behavior of workpiece materials, formability, tools, tribology, process robustness, simulation methods and experiments. Apart from the general topics, the theme of IDDRG 2019 is Forming 4.0: Big Data, Smart Solutions and contributions in this field are actively solicited.

 At the IDDRG, the leading sheet metal specialists and researchers from all over the world gather for fruitful discussions on challenging technical topics in forming technology. The conference is designed to provide an inspiring environment for knowledge development, discussions and interactions.
