- 15/05/2023, Mon. : Registration and welcome party 
- 16/05/2023, Tue. : Workshop/Symposium Day1
- 17/05/2023, Wed. : Workshop Day2 including banquet.
- 18/05/2023, Thu. : Conference Tour

*Important Dates
- February 24, 2023 : Submission of an abstract (max 400 words)
- March 10, 2023 : Acceptance of abstract 
- April 15, 2023 : Submission of the extended abstract (max 2 pages)
- April 30, 2023 : Payment Deadline for Author
                      (for participant, no payment dealine)

*Registration fee
- Early registration : 350 US$ for regular participants and 250 US$ for students
- Late registration : 400 US$ for regular participants and 300 US$ for students 
* The registration fee covers Proceedings, Welcoming party, Lunch, Banquet
